COOL COUPLE

Ian and Christal were seen hitting the bar at the ITC Royal Gardenia for two evenings in a row. And they had no qualms about moving around and talking to people.

They were never found huddled together in a corner. They were at their socialising best whenever Metrolife spotted them. 

Christal seemed more than thrilled to be here with Ian. “Cricket is a tough game and I make sure I give him enough space and don’t eat into his time. I am here to provide all the support I can,” says Christal. Asked if all the attention the couple were receiving was an intrusion in their privacy, Christal says, “The attention Ian receives is part of the game. We’re cool as long as it does no harm.” 

The couple were also seen mixing around with the Irish cricket team and the fans from Ireland. They posed for pictures and willingly exchanged their contacts even with total strangers. That’s how approachable they were unlike the others in the England cricket team.
