It’s a familiar corrupt men in khaki and balderdash that director Prasad wreaks on his audiences in the self-belief he is giving them paisa vasool entertainment. He is sadly mistaken. Inspector Gowri Shankar (Jagapathi Babu), in his nth avataar in khaki uniform, is the epitome of corruption. He has a crony in constable Ranga Rao (Jeeva) who plays footsie to his evil ways. The two take the easy way of making moolah through settlements and collections, with extortion their second name. Nothing stirs them to investigate the people behind these crimes.

However, when a CBI inspector lands up to investigate the spurt in crimes, things get hot under the collar for corrupt Shankar and his Man Friday Rao. Soon, a startling discovery is made. What happens thereafter forms the rest of the assaulting adventure that is best left for Jagapathi fans.
