The Central Silk Technological Research Institute, Bangalore will conduct a five-day capsule training programme on ‘silk twisting’ from October 17 to October 21 at the Central Sik Board Complex, BTM Layout, Madivala for the benefit of weavers, entrepreneurs, traders and students.
