The court adjourned the main petition seeking quashing of the first information report filed against him.
Justice B V Pinto directed the police not to take the MLA into judicial custody. The court asked Muniraju to co-operate with the Lokayukta.
The complainant, Puttaswamy, has alleged that the Dasarahalli MLA, in collusion with two government servants, illegally encroached upon 1.5 acres of land owned by his mother-in-law Mallamma in Yeshwantpur hobli by fabricating documents.
