The Lokayukta Court on Thursday granted bail to an accused in the private complaint filed against former Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda and his wife Datty.

Judge N K Sudhindra Rao granted bail to N Ravi, the third accused, directing him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh and two sureties. He adjourned hearing to December 3.

On October 12, the court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Ravi for not appearing before the court. On September 25, the court had  ordered issue of summons to the Gowda couple and Ravi.
