Kickstarting their first ever India tour, the legendary American rock band, Guns n’ Roses performed a three-hour long set in Bhartiya City here on Friday.

Local rock band, Thermal and a Quarter opened for them, building up the excitement levels of the eager crowd.

The crowd went berserk as the band played their classics like ‘November Rain’, ‘Sweet Child o’ Mine’, Welcome to the Jungle’, ‘Don’t Cry’, ‘Paradise City’ among others. There was also an interesting audio-visual projection.

Fronted by Axl Rose, the only remaining member from the original lineup, the band has undergone a lot of changes in their lineup since their formation in 1985.

Their current lineup for the tour comprises Axl Rose (vocals), guitarists Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, DJ Ashba and Richard Fortus, bassist Tommy Stinson, drummer Frank Ferrer and keyboardist Chris Pitman.
