In a shocking incident, lovers committed suicide by jumping under a running train at Gejjalagere Industrial area on Monday.
The deceased have been identified as Manasa (19), daughter of Lakshminarayana of Bidadi, Bangalore and Chandrashekar (19), resident of Hejjala village near Bidadi.
The duo were studying BBM at Don Bosco college in Bangalore.
They have left a death note that stated that no one is responsible for their death and have taken the extreme step on their own.
PSI Sridhar visited the spot and cases have been filed at the town police station and by Railway police.
