Two-day colloquium on epilepsy

The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (Nimhans) has organised a two-day colloquium on ‘Drug Resistant Epilepsy’ on August 16.

Experts from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan and India will provide an overview of the management of people with epilepsy in India at the event.

An awareness programme has also been organised on August 18 at 4 pm. As part of this programme, a play will be staged on epilepsy followed by a talk and a question and answer session.

The entry to the event is free and open to all without any registration. The programme has been organised by Nimhans in association with Association of American Epileptologists of Indian origin and Indian Epilepsy Association (Bangalore Chapter).
