The state government on Saturday effected transfers of four IAS officers.
G C Prakash has been posted as commissioner for Cane Development and director of Sugar, Bengaluru, while L Chandrashekar Nayak has been posted as deputy secretary (Development), zilla panchayat, Uttar Kannada, Karwar.
Nayak has also been given concurrent charge of the post of chief executive officer, zilla panchayat, Uttar Kannada. Mahesh Karjagi has been posted as assistant commissioner, Dharwad sub-division, Dharwad.
