Territorial Army recruitment

Recruitment for the Infantry Battalion of the Territorial Army will be held from December 16 to 24 in the City.

Medically fit candidates in the age group of 18 to 42 years with a minimum height of 160 cm, chest 77 cm and weight 50 kg are eligible to apply. Candidates, who have passed SSLC with 45 per cent marks, are eligible for Soldier General Duty (available vacancy - 23) and for Clerks duties, while 10+2 pass with 50 per cent marks are eligible (available vacancy - 2) for Tradesman.

The candidates must be domicile of Andhra Pradesh / Gujarat / Goa / Karnataka / Kerala / Maharashtra / Rajasthan / Tamil Nadu / territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli / Daman & Diu / Lakshdweep or Pondicherry. Those, who are employed in government / semi-government / private sector or self-employed are also eligible for the recruitment.
