Zoomcar, the two-year-old Bengaluru-based startup, has expanded from just 7 vehicles in February 2013 to a fleet of more than 500 vehicles pan-India, as of this month. Ford has got more than 50 per cent penetration rate in the fleet. Cauvery Ford has delivered 174 Ford cars.

Till date, Zoomcar has purchased nearly 250 vehicles from the Cauvery Group, one of Bengaluru’s oldest and most prestigious dealer networks.

Recently, Zoomcar - India’s 100 per cent self-drive car rental company - took delivery of 147 cars from the Cauvery Group, making it the largest single order in the history of self-drive car rentals in India.  The order consisted of Ford Figo, Ford Ecosport, Honda Amaze, Honda City, and Mercedes GLA. Cholamandalam Finance and Daimler Financial Services partnered with Zoomcar to finance this unprecedented vehicle order.

Presently, Zoomcar operates in Bengaluru, Pune, and Delhi NCR. It has over 75 pickup points across India.
