24 cops from State get President's medal

Four police officers from the State have been conferred with the President's Police Medal for distinguished service and 20 policemen with President’s Police Medal for meritorious service on the occasion of the Republic Day.

The officials who have been awarded the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service are: N Shivakumar, Inspector General of Police, Police Head Quarters, Bengaluru; C H Pratap Reddy, Inspector General of Police Internal Security Division, Bengaluru; Babu Rajendra Prasad, DCP (Traffic East), Bengaluru City and D Narayanaswamy, Superintendent of Police, Lokayukta, Ramanagara, according to an official press release issued here on Sunday. Those who have bagged Police Medal are:
