Be it a zealous follower of trends or one who is not so, fashion has become a part of an individual’s life deliberately or accidently. While films and fashion runways are influencing people’s style, it is the fashion bloggers who play an important role in guiding the devoted seekers of style.

There is an increase in the number of bloggers dedicating their time completely to make the City stay up-to-date with fashion.

The impassioned fashion writers strive to implement vogue in every individual using the power of words and pictures. It’s not only the women who are referring to these blogs to look stylish. The men of the City are also staying stylish by taking tips from these bloggers.

Prashanth Priyadarshi, a passionate fashion blogger, has been giving style tips to the trendy men through his blog ‘Adamsapplelist’, that was started two years back. A true follower of fashion, he pens down the dos and don’ts for men’s panache.

“I came across a fashion blog two years back. After liking the concept, I did my research and started my own fashion blog,” says Prashanth. “This blog to me is an outlet to express and show people how I dress. It is the easiest way to educate people without being judged.”

Taking his inspiration from a villager who wears a turban to the runways of ‘Dolce and Gabbana’, he says he doesn’t want to follow the trending styles. A dedicated fashionista, he also gives advice and self-check for aspiring male models.

And for the women who have always been style-conscious, fashion blogs have become a blessing in disguise. ‘That elegant chic’ started by Ashwini KN gives tips on all the fashionable stuff that women want to know about. Styling to fitness, her blog concentrates on everyday fashion for busy women along with do-it-yourself solutions for a healthy lifestyle.

“I’m a blogger since 2009, but initially, it was just on random topics and personal experiences. There were a lot of people who liked the way I dress and wanted to know my fitness regime. I thought a blog is the best way to convey my ideas. That is when I started my fashion blog,” says Ashwini.

Taking inspiration from everyday life, she says, “I don’t want people to think fashion is complicated. Wearing something trendy yet comfortable and looking confident is my style. It shouldn’t be something which has been worn at a ramp or an award show. Fashion is for everyone and with right styling, everyone can look great,”  she says.

Another fashion blog dedicated to the stylish men, ‘Muffins on Style’ documents men’s street fashion, making it easier for men to look smart and fashionable.

“I love street fashion and take my inspiration from daily life. My blog was born as a platform to document men’s street fashion and men’s fashion trends,”  says Sandeep Nandi, founder and blogger of ‘Muffins on Style’.

Trousers, jackets, shoes...you can get that perfect look and inspiration from his writing and style.

It is not just the fashionistas who are seeking these bloggers. They are also sought-after by a number of fashionable brands who strive to get their attention with their stylish attires and products.

These fashion blogs are close to becoming the next fashion magazines as they are emerging as the new trendsetters.

Their writing accompanied by stylish photoshoots is easy to relate to and helps connect oneself to implement style on everyday basis.
Maintaining originality in their content, they are making this world a stylish place for everyone.
