One lakh Tata ACE on roads

Tata Motors rolled out its 1,00,000th Tata ACE Zip Micro Trust at its Dharwad plant recently.

Tata Motors Commercial vehicles Executive Director Ravi Pisharody  said, the Tata ACE Zip is the last mile cargo transport vehicle, which is the second highest selling variant of the ACE family with an average volume of 2,500 vehicles per month.

Its affordable pricing and competitive maintenance cost has fostered self-employment to help entrepreneurs & small businesses grow across rural areas, he said.

This half-ton truck with a payload of 600 kg, is suitable for short intra-city deliveries and lives up to the promise of durability and performance.

Tata Motors is also planning to introduce an Electric version in the market, he said.
