Shalini’s gritty fight against odds has drawn the attention of national media.
She lives with seven members of her family in a small one-bedroom house and works as a maid to earn her livelihood. She nurses her brother, who has cancer, and a father, who is bedridden.
Amidst all these, she also found time to score 85 percent in PU board exam. Here is her story in her own words.
