Man fined for not wearing a helmet while driving a car!

Did you ever come across someone who drives a car wearing a helmet? Or have you ever heard of any traffic rule which states that one needs to wear a helmet while driving a car?

Well, it might sound strange, but Shailender Singh, who hails from Meerut, was slapped a fine for driving a car without wearing a helmet, according to a report published in NDTV.

When Shailender was taking his 4 month old son to a doctor, he was stopped by a traffic cop and was fined for driving the car without wearing a helmet.

Traffic cop named Shivraj Singh first asked Shailender to show the documents of the car. But even after verifying the documents, the cop didn't allow him to go and this led to an argument between them.

The cop then fined Shailender for driving the car without wearing a helmet.
