For credible realty business intelligence

Housing.com, an innovative real estate platform, formally announced the acquisition of Realty Business Intelligence, an organisation focused on risk assessment for realty projects. The deal was closed for a sum of Rs 10 crore in cash towards purchase of 100 per cent equity of Realty Business Intelligence.

With this acquisition, Housing.com customers will now be empowered with credible real estate market intelligence and risk assessment to aid informed decision making for investments in new projects. Backed by this acquisition, Housing.com will further augment its due diligence efforts to ensure verified listings, risk-free transactions and secure investments while giving Realty BI access to a vast database of realty developers and end consumers.

Founded by ex-bankers, Realty B I provides a wide array of solutions encompassing due diligence, back-end research, project monitoring and business intelligence catering to lenders, investors and buyers.

The company has been working with banks, housing finance companies and non-banking financial companies across the country to provide a unified collateral risk assessment platform assuring a minimum 50 per cent reduction in overall costs and back-end work related to due diligence.

An app for your dream home
Over 4000 agents in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai are now onboard an app-based real estate platform that is launched nationally. Your property agent will have all the information on his smartphone and can address any query from across the country with full knowledge of the options that are available.

SmartAgent Connect, the platform, introduced by Mumbai-based startup Sunday Mobility, is a combination of a mobile app and a portal (smartagentconnect.com) that offers a range of
features that were restricted to high-end CRMs or to expensive packages on online portals so far.

One of the most interesting features of the app is that it allows agents to create a micro portal for each individual customer and manage deals. The app has several advanced features that were not available to agents till date such as a CRM tool allowing agents to manage deals and site visits and keep records, a networking tool allowing agents to see matching deals in a secure way and do more deals, and a capability to communicate as a customised portal to each customer, through live chat. It will also help build partnerships as it directly
connects with builders to see builder inventory and offers. Also, all this comes with privacy features similar to those on LinkedIn and Facebook.
