Speaker to decide on Lokayukta issue, says CM

 Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said on Saturday that it was left to Lokayukta Justice Bhaskar Rao whether to resign from the post or not..

However, the Assembly Speaker could decide on the issue of removing Justice Rao from the post, as per the provisions of the Lokayukta Act, he told reporters in the city. The government would abide by the Speaker’s decision, Siddaramaiah said.
