A vibrant platter

Naman 2015’, the annually held national management and cultural festival of IFIM Business School, will take place with fervour on September 11 and 12. The theme for the 2015 edition is ‘Air Warfare’.  ‘Air Warfare’ techniques can be used for effective management and proper functioning of an organisation.

Each event has been named according to the techniques used in ‘Air Warfare’, which best suits the spirit of the event.

     There are events that test the skills of the participants in Marketing (‘Coercion’),
Finance (‘Force Dispersal’), Business plan (‘Reconnaissance’), Business Quiz (‘Immelmann Turn’). Best Manager (‘Blitzkrieg’) and two cultural events namely group dance (‘Bournemouth Air Festival’) and fashion show (‘Aero India’), which complete the platter.

The preliminary rounds of the management cultural events will take place on September 11. The finals of all the management events will take place on September 12 followed by the prize distribution which will be held at the IFIM campus.

     The momentum of the festival will then shift on September 12 to the HSR sports ground where folk-rock musician Raghu Dixit of the ‘Raghu Dixit Project’ fame will perform as part of the ‘Naman 2015’ gala night. The contemporary Indian folk band’s performance is a fundraiser for the CSR initiative of IFIM.

The profits that will be generated from the concert will be used to raise funds for the ‘Save the Girl Child’ initiative.

     The two-day event will be a combination of championing ones’ mind towards excellence and exploding their creativity with physical elegance.

     Cash prizes and goodies are in the waiting for participants which include both students and corporates from across the country.
