Fans would get to witness three stalwarts of Indian tennis -- Leander Paes, Mahesh Bhupathi and Sania Mirza -- in a mixed doubles exhibition match which would be organised next month in four cities across the country.

While Kolkata and Delhi would be hosting the event on November 25 and 27 respectively, the other two cities are yet to be finalised. The organisers are also to decide on the fourth player but sources said it could be Slovakian Daniela Hantuchova.

The four-leg event is billed as a promotional tour of International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) which would be held in Delhi from December 10-12 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium.

“It is basically a promotional tour for IPTL. We are yet to sign the fourth player, we should be able to do that by next week,” IPTL CEO Mahesh Bhupathi told Deccan Herald. The players would also be holding a clinic for budding players.

In Kolkata, the initiative is shared by former Davis Cupper Jaidip Mukerjea, who was excited at the prospect of bringing the top Indian players to the city.
