“The agency had received a specific tip-off in this regard and was on the look out for Okafor for the past two months,” said Rohit Sharma, Zonal Director, NCB Delhi zone.

During his interrogation, Okafor, revealed that he has been dealing in drugs for the last four years, ever since he came over to India from Nigeria.

Business visa
Okafor has been staying in Delhi on a business visa which got expired on May 2016.

Revealing the reason of coming over to Delhi from Muktsar in Punjab, another arrested person Rinku told his interrogators that he is a drug addict and was not getting high quality drugs at affordable rates in Punjab. In Delhi they can get good quality drugs at cheaper rates, he told them.
