Expo Time

The event is being held by Media Today, in association with Indian Flowers and Ornamental Plants Welfare Association (iFlora).

The expo has the basic objective of giving a fillip to the floriculture sector. This year’s show will have a host of novelties. A series of international conferences, including buyer-seller meets for major participant countries will be an important feature. The countries expected to participate include The Netherlands, Australia, Russia, UAE, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, New Zealand, Germany, UK and several other European nations.

In addition to the Expo’s other regular programmes, ‘Flora Expo-2009’ will host a new series of events. The most unique of them will be the India’s first flower growers’ trade and industry convention, to be held on December 6 at Bangalore.
