Steel Authority of India’s (SAIL) Central Marketing Organisation (CMO) held a seminar on the theme ‘New Challenges in Steel Designs & Construction’ in Bengaluru to apprise the technocrats.
The seminar was organised at CMO’s Branch Sales Office which was attended by 23 technocrats, structural engineers and structural designers from different organisations.
“Informing industrial designers and customers about new products and their potential application areas is a concurrent activity in all market-driven companies. Since the beginning of this financial year, SAIL’s Central Marketing Organisation (CMO) has been holding a series of technical presentations to create awareness about the new products that are being made available from SAIL’s new rolling mills installed at Durgapur, IISCO, Rourkela and Bokaro Steel Plants as part of the company’s recent modernisation programme,” a release said.
