Indiranagar residents protest

The residents of Indiranagar on Saturday held a candlelight protest against the commercialisaton of their locality.

The community said that in the last few days they have been reaching out to various authorities including the Excise commissioner and elected representatives seeking their intervention in curbing rapid commercialisation of the area, but their pleas had been unheard.  The protesters formed a human chain along the 100 feet road.
