Janaspandana comes to Shivajinagar

The residents of Shivajinagar Assembly constituency will get an opportunity to get their grievances addressed at ‘Janaspandana – Citizens for Change’, organised jointly by Deccan Herald and its sister publication Prajavani on June 17.

The event will be held at Guru Nanak Bhavan, Millers Tank Bund Road, Vasanthnagar at 10.30 am. Minister for Urban Development, Haj, Minority Welfare and Wakfs, Roshan Baig and corporators of wards under Shivajinagar Assembly constituency along with officers from various government agencies like Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB), Bescom and police will listen to civic woes of citizens and help them address them instantly.

The programme is part of the DH and Prajavani initiative to connect with the citizens of Bengaluru to solve their civic woes ranging from waste disposal, streetlights, stray dog menace, roads, drains, water and sewerage, electricity, health, public transport services, footpaths, parks, playgrounds, traffic and law and order.

People wishing to air their grievances can reach the venue by 9.30 am and register their names at the temporary reception counter. They can also send their grievances through email: janaspandana@printersmysore.co.in or can call 9916667466 between 9 am and 5 pm.
