The victim was identified as Ranjeeth Kumar, a welder from Vellore district in Tamil Nadu, was on his way to Dobbespet town when his vehicle collided against the lorry near TDPS Factory around 7:15 pm, police added.
Kumar was working as a welder near the accident spot and was living in a temporary shed nearby.
