The High Court of Karnataka will continue dictation of the judgement on Friday with regard to the petitions filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa in a denotification case.
Justice Aravind Kumar who started dictation of the order in the morning is elaborately touching upon all the contentions placed by Yeddyurappa as well as Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB).
Yeddyurappa has moved the court seeking directions to quash two FIRs filed by ACB and the proceedings against him. Two FIRs were filed against him in the case of ‘fake-denotification’ of 257 acres of land, part of the Dr Shivaram Karanth Layout in Bengaluru North.
