Joint Legislature session put off

The legislature secretariat has postponed celebrations to mark the 60th year of the iconic Vidhana Soudha which it had scheduled for October 6 and 7.

The secretariat had planned to invite President Ram Nath Kovind to address the joint session of the legislature.

“We have decided to wait for the tour programme of the President and fix the date of the joint session accordingly,” Legislative Assembly Speaker K B Koliwad said.
