Chief Minister B S Yedyurappa has called on the newly-elected corporators to come out with a blue print for development of their respective wards.

Speaking at a BJP programme, he said, “You come out with the blue print and have a vision on how your ward should be after three years. We will help you realise your dream,” he said.

While congratulating the party workers for ensuring a massive victory, he assured them that he along with his ministers will visit the wards, meet the workers and interact with them so that there can be a bondage.

Describing the victory as a combined effort of the party workers, he thanked the city voters for their faith in his government. “It is an achievement because three of our scheduled caste candidates have won by contesting in General wards. One woman from Minority community has won by a record margin,” he said.

Revealing some of his plans for the City, he said “ By next three years I want four mini Lalbaghs around the City. We will clear encroachment of 166 lakes and develop them as recreation places.

He also assured that the circular rail will be a reality as the State is ready to pay its share of Rs 330 crore required for the project.
