Varthur lake froths again

Yet again, Varthur lake is frothing. As the level of water is increasing, so is the level of froth. It is blowing across the road during heavy breeze and harming commuters.

The froth had decreased between August and October due to heavy rain.

Local residents complained that even though the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has installed mesh near the lake, the froth comes with the breeze and causes skin allergies.
