A 22-year-old painter is reported to have died after slipping from the fourth-floor terrace of an apartment complex built by the Karnataka Slum Development Board in Sadarmangala in Kadugodi on Sunday.
Rajashekhar, who lived on the third floor, had gone to the terrace at night. The next morning, a passerby found him lying in a pool of blood.
