Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy, in association with Sahityasaktara Balaga, will organise a state-level seminar on 'Tulunadina Samskrithika Pallatagalu' at Padua College Auditorium in Nanthoor here on February 23.
The programme will be inaugurated by Yakshagana artiste and critic Dr M Prabhakar Joshi. Government P U College (Belmann) Principal Dr B Janardhan Bhat will deliver the keynote address. Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy Chairman A C Bhandary will preside. Padua Education Institutions Convener Fr Antony Serrao will be the chief guest.
Various sessions will be held on Tulu language and culture.
The valedictory programme will be held at 4 pm and will be presided over by Kannada University, Hampi former Professor A V Navada.
Lecturers, research students and students are expected to take part.
