Rahul Gandhi's official Twitter handle changes name

Congress President Rahul Gandhi has changed the name of his official handle. Originally named @OfficeofRG, the handle is now simply '@RahulGandhi'.

Rahul Gandhi's Twitter handle has 6.19 million followers, while the handle of Narendra Modi overshadows him by a huge amount, standing in at 41.1 million followers. However, a TwitterAudit report indicates that Rahul Gandhi has more 'real' followers than Modi, with a credibility score of 51%, while Narendra Modi's combined credibility score of 35%.

The AICC's social media and digital communications are handled by Divya Spandana, also known as Ramya, a film actress who has appeared in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films. She represented Mandya constituency in Lok Sabha in 2013.
