Following a recommendation from an independent committee, students will get grace marks in Physics and English papers of the II PU examination.
Three grace marks will be given for three compulsory one mark questions in the English subject.
In Physics, grace marks will be given for a one-mark question and for a five-mark optional question to those who attempted it.
The Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE) has asked evaluators to follow the model answer key provided by the department and not provide grace marks for any subjects other than the recommended ones.
