Devices and equipment worth Rs 4.9 lakh were destroyed in the accident.
The fire at the 14X60 sq ft room of the branch located at Jalahalli Cross occurred around 7 am, fire service officials said.
An air-conditioner, two computer monitors, electrical equipment, furniture, and files were destroyed in the blaze, they added.
Three fire tenders were used to douse the fire.
