V Madhu shifted to Revenue dept

Madhu will also hold additional charge as Principal Secretary, Infrastructure Development Department. The 1981 batch IAS officer V Umesh has been appointed as the Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, Bangalore. He earlier held the post of Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department (Medical Education). 1998 batch IAS officer P Manivannan, who was waiting for posting has been appointed as Commissioner for Sericultural Development & Director of Sericulture, Bangalore.
