Onam special trains
Southern railways will run four special trains (six trips only) to clear extra rush between Ernakulam-Bangalore City-Ernakulam during Onam festival.
- The train (0653) Ernakulam-Bangalore City bi-weekly special will depart Ernakulam at 9.21 pm on August 19 and 26 and arrive at Bangalore City at 10 am on August 20 and 27. In the return direction, the train will depart Bangalore City at 6.50 pm on August 20 and 27 and arrive at Ernakulam on August 21 and 28.
- Another special train (number 0657) will depart Ernakulam at 9.30 pm on August 20 and arrive at Bangalore City on August 21 at 10 am. In the return direction, the train (0658) will depart Bangalore City at 7.15 pm on August 21 and arrive at Ernakulam at 4.20 am on August 22.
- The train number 0659 will depart from Ernakulam at 6.50 pm on August 23 and arrive at Bangalore City at 8.30 am on August 24. In the return the train (0660) will depart from Bangalore City at 5.15 pm on August 24 and arrive at Ernakulam at 4.20 am on August 25.
In the return direction, the train will depart Bangalore City at 6.50 pm on August 25 and arrive at Ernakulam on August at 6.30 am on August 26.
