Are you on Twitter? US Journalist asks Modi, gets trolled on social media

Noted US journalist Megyn Kelly asked PM Modi whether he is on twitter and faced severe flak from netizens for her poor knowledge about the second most followed world leader.

It so happened that Megyn Kelly, before the interview welcomed the world leaders inside the Konstantin Palace. While she was greeting Indian PM, Modi said, “I saw your tweet… with umbrella.” Kelly being ignorant on Modi having more than 30 million followers on twitter replied, "Ohh really! did you? Are you on Twitter?".

The video became viral on social media and Kelly is being trolled by netizens for her lack of knowledge.

Kelly launched her new show for NBC news ahead of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in Russia. She started with an exclusive interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin and PM Modi.
