A 20-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her boyfriend after being abducted by him and his two friends, police said. One of the accused has been arrested.
The girl was abducted in a car by her boyfriend Sonu, 22, with the help of his two friends Rinku and Ashvini, both aged 20, from west Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy around 5 pm on Friday. Sonu, who is also her ex-classmate, then allegedly raped her.
“The accused later dropped her at a secluded place threatening her of dire consequences if she told anyone,” said a police officer. Ashvini has been arrested and the hunt is on for the other two.
