ICC World Cup 2019 WI vs ENG: Best pictures of the matchThe clash between England and West Indies was touted as the match where runs would be scored aplenty and the ball would frequently disappear into the stands. But in the end, the match flattered to deceive as it turned out to be a tame affair. West Indies, put into bat, bundled out for 212 with Mark Wood and Jofra Archer doing the bulk of the damage. Joe picked up a couple of wickets and imitated the 'Ian Botham celebration' of 1992. In reply, England raked up the runs with 16.5 overs to spare and eight wickets in hand. Joe Root was the leader of the chase with a brilliant unbeaten century and was adjudged man of the match.
