Rafiq Dar (27) and Irfan Malik (32), residents of Srinagar, were arrested on Sunday from Apollo Hospital complex at Sarita Vihar in southeast Delhi, said Additional Commissioner of Police (South East) Ajay Chaudhry today.
They were held after a security coordinator of the hospital registered a missing complaint of a patient’s mobile phone on December 8, police said adding CCTV footages showed that Rafiq’s presence near the patient’s bed. He was again seen on Saturday early morning wandering in the hospital and stealing.
