Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman paid tribute to 1971 Indo-Pak war martyrs at Amar Jawan Jyoti on Sunday. Minister Sitharaman was accompanied by Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sunil Lanba and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa. India is celebrating Vijay Diwas to mark the victory of the Indian Army in 1971.
