Tough time is ahead for Salman. The key witness, a former JJ Hospital doctor, in Salman Khan's ongoing hit and run case will depose in court today.

The doctor from JJ hospital had collected Salman's blood sample to detect the alcohol percentage in it.

During the previous trials, the defense had argued that the report produced by the forensic expert was not strong enough to prove Salman guilty in the case.

Following this, the court ordered a fresh trial in the case in December 2013.

If Salman is found guilty, he will be sentenced to 10 years in jail.

On September 28, 2002, one person was killed and four got seriously injured when Salman Khan's car rammed into a bakery.
