Even as India's loss to Australia by 95 runs in the Semi-final of the ongoing World Cup left Indian cricket fans with a broken heart, Times Now's #ShamedinSydney hashtag did not go down well with everyone.
Twitter users got their own back by creating the hashtag #ShameOnTimesNow that started trending across the world.
While some blamed the channel for trying to gain TRP by playing on India's loss others appreciated Doordarshan's more sensible response. Some even trolled Arnab Goswami.
