Water gushes down from the mountain tops
The valley sparkles under the sun's gaze
Farmers tend to their newly laid crops
The women walk to the wells holding pots
Boys and girls run around happily
Mothers yell at their children chastising
Flowers dance around merrily
Things are as they should be.
People watch the sun set, slowly disappearing
The moon leaps in to take its place
Suddenly all is silent in the village
No one can see a single face
Farmers, mothers and children are fast asleep
The night animals come out finally free
Only a few hours and they too will lie down
Things are as they should be.
