Last week, it was reported that army psychiatrist Major Nidal Malik Hasan, who has been charged with killing 13 people at Fort Hood, sought advice in an email from the cleric who is known for espousing radical doctrines on the web.
Now, ‘The New York Times’ reports that he is only the latest suspect in a long list of Awlaki’s followers. For instance, in 2007, Shain Duka, convicted of plotting to attack Fort Dix in New Jersey was known to be following Awlaki’s audio clips.
