Aaveg, which provides end-to-end corporate mobility solution, plans to enter the public commuting space to further reduce carbon emission and enable decongestion of motorways.

Aaveg CEO and Founder Ashok Vashist said, “We will be entering into this space in three months.” The company specialises in ground transportation — leasing, business rentals, employee transportation or pool cars. “Our primary objective is to reduce CO2 emissions, reduce traffic congestions and facilitate utilisation of resources. We manage the entire activity chain including employee transportation to business rental and advising, managing and procuring the overall transport requirement of any organisation,” he said.

“We are managing fleet for some of the biggest corporates in the country for their employee mobility needs, as well as home-office-home pickup and drop facilities. Although this is quite a nascent market in India, the concept of employee mobility solution (be it leased cars or home-office-home pickup drop or pool cars), is quickly gaining momentum, and will soon be managed by the principle managed service provider within a couple of years,” he said.
