LineBeyond is valued at USD 5 million and Optech at USD 7 million, respectively, the company said in a statement. Acropetal said it acquired 100 per cent of LineBeyond and 70 per cent of Optech Consulting Inc. The cost of acquisition of these companies is USD 4.9 million each.
"These acquisitions will significantly expand Acropetal’s addressable market and growth potential, broadening the solutions Acropetal provides to the rapidly growing Healthcare IT market", it said.
