Brigade Group, on Wednesday, announced its mega integrated project — Brigade Orchards, at Devanahalli.
BCV Developers Pvt Ltd (joint venture of Brigade Enterprises Ltd & Classic Valmark) CEO Kailash Advani said the 98 units villas (4,950 sq ft) with a base price of Rs 2.9 crore, 4,000 apartments 1BHK (650-750 sq ft, Rs 17 lakh), 2BHK (1,000-2,500 sq ft, Rs 27 lakh to Rs 40 lakh). With consolidated investment of Rs 2,000 crore, the project will be completed in 5 years.
