Fortis Healthcare, on Wednesday, reported nearly six-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 74.78 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, boosted by its stake sell in Singapore-based hospital chain Parkway. The company, which posted a net profit of Rs 12.97 crore in the July-September quarter last year, made a profit of Rs 53.9 crore during the second quarter this fiscal when it divested its 25.37 per cent stake in Parkway.
